The staff was very pleasant.
There were bugs in the bed and stains on the sheet.

Initially we were greeted by the friendly staff and the room appeared to be clean. When I turned down the sheets on both beds, there were tiny red bugs that looked like fleas covering the pillows and sheets. ...read more

I was not expecting something so nice but when I entered the room I felt like I was at home! I really enjoyed this hotel and definitely would choose only this one when I return to Tampa again!! The front desk guy was very nice as well and very close to Busch gardens which I have a 2yr pass to so I will be staying there again in the near future!! Excellent location and just a few blocks from parking at Busch Gardens.
Carpets need steam cleaning and my feet got dirty again after my shower.

Overall it is was very nice to stay at this location, comfortable and near good food and parks.

Broke bed, no phone service, dirty sheets and towels.

I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel. Front desk was friendly but hotel was horrible. Bed broken, no phone service and room, towels all smell.

I liked that the hotel was close to Busch Gardens and that it had a place to eat right inside the hotel.
I did not like getting into our room and our room smelt of rotten food, water all over the carpet and had to go and get a new room.

I have stayed in the hotel a couple times now and felt that this last stay was bad. Our room smelt bad, water on the floor and had to go and get anew room. Just seems that the hotel is not being taken care of... Prollably wont stay there again, for the money we payed we could have stayed somewhere else. ...read more
